Summit in Cascade, ID is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional facility kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focusing on quality, portion control, food preparation, and creative presentation.

This onsite role at Valley County Detention Facility in Cascade, Idaho is part-time. You should have at least one year of culinary experience with scratch cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
