Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Kent, WA correctional facility kitchen staff. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle quality and portion control, food preparation, and creative presentation to serve inmates.

Requirements include at least one year of high-volume, scratch-cooking experience, knowledge of proper culinary methods, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and customer service experience. We offer benefits and a stable schedule.

• Minimum 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
