Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Payette, ID location to join a fast-paced correctional kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality meals, manage portions, and maintain strict food safety and storage standards in a supportive environment within Summit’s correctional division.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using kitchen equipment and differentiating food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
