Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional division at the Colville, WA location. Work with a motivated kitchen team in a fast-paced environment to prepare meals and ensure quality and portion control.

You will follow safe food handling policies, use kitchen equipment, and contribute to creative food presentation. Prior high-volume, scratch cooking and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and distinguish food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
