Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for a jail/correctional facility. The role oversees inmate labor and kitchen teams, prepares and serves meals, and ensures compliance with food handling regulations. Shift: 4am–1pm with on-site duties.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior institutional food service experience. We value teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
