Qualifications

• Ability to follow policy, post orders, SOPs and emergency plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and offenders in food preparation and serving for the offender population.
• Use a computerized food and nutrition system to prepare and serve meals.
• Manage all phases of food operations including procurement, storage, and sanitation.
• Adjust feeding schedules and diets based on offender populations.
• Work independently under limited supervision and adhere to directives.
• Ensure operations are checked through inspections and reports.
