Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to manage a single-site, in-facility food operation within a correctional setting. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee payroll, and ensure adherence to sanitation and health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, experience with food service regulations, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This on-site role reports to the District Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and ability to complete reports.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the quantities of food prepared and served according to site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to staff.
• Review payroll bi-weekly.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform duties safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus and prep.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Maintain sanitary environment per health codes.
• Maintain onsite reports of daily and monthly financials and activity.
• Responsible for state inspections of the operation.
• Other duties as needed.
