Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site operation within a correctional facility. You will direct the kitchen staff, oversee budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality meals.

The role requires strong leadership, ServSafe certification, and experience in institutional food service. On-site work at a jail/correctional facility is expected, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food service operations in institutional settings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service.
• Experience with payroll review and staff performance management.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective actions to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and compliance with standards.
• Maintain sanitary environment per regulations and codes.
• Maintain onsite reports of daily and monthly financials and activity.
• Handle state or other inspections related to food service.
• Perform other duties as determined by needs.
