The role requires an active Minnesota RN license, BLS certification, and strong documentation. Shifts may cover multiple facilities with strict HIPAA compliance and patient safety duties.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Contact practitioner to obtain orders and coordinate care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide on-site emergency first aid during incidents.
• Record vital signs and other measurements accurately.
• Triage intake screenings for necessity and priority at sick call.
• Document data for CQI and statistical reporting.
• Maintain HIPAA practices and patient confidentiality.
