Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of provision
• BLS certification with hands-on training
• Excellent documentation skills
• Knowledge of RN scope of practice

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate with practitioner for orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide emergency first aid as needed.
• Record vital signs and tests on-site when appropriate.
• Triage intake screenings for necessity and priority.
• Record data for CQI reporting.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA practices.
• Oversee tasks within RN scope and train staff as needed.
• May cover shifts at multiple facilities.
