Adult Correction in North Carolina seeks a Correctional Case Manager (S) at Alexander Correctional Institution in Taylorsville. You will assess offender needs, develop case plans, coordinate services, and support release and reentry.

This role works closely with facility staff to ensure successful rehabilitation, community safety, and accurate documentation. The position is located at a closed custody male facility in Taylorsville, NC.

Competenze

• Documented knowledge of supportive counseling techniques.
• Interviews and reviews to evaluate criminal history, education, mental health and risk factors (from duties).
• Development and monitoring of individualized case plans.
• Coordination with facility staff and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress notes.
