Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in related field; 6+ months in corrections or related area.
• Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and process applications.
• Determine inmate placement and coordinate program participation.
• Create work schedules and coordinate transportation.
• Prepare court orders and conduct drug screens when required.
• Provide job-readiness referrals and support re-entry goals.
• Maintain records and reports; support total of three case managers.
• Engage with community organizations and enforce rules professionally.
