Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in corporate wellness or health coaching.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CHWC, ACE, or WELCOA are a plus.
• Ability to motivate individuals at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage wellness programs and initiatives for clients and staff.
• Conduct wellness assessments and develop personalized health improvement plans.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on health and well-being.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate wellness strategies into organizational culture.
• Track, analyze, and report on wellness program outcomes and participant progress.
• Provide coaching and guidance on stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
• Stay current on wellness trends, best practices, and industry research.
