Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness setting. You will monitor participants, lead group classes, conduct assessments, and design personalized programs to help a diverse client base reach health goals.

The role includes one-on-one training, supporting incentive programs, and managing fitness facility operations to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months industry experience, including internships.
• Proven experience in leading group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design programs.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist in implementing incentive, health promotion, and other programs; manage admin tasks.
