Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Experience leading group exercise classes and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for all fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
• Assist with program initiatives and facility operations as needed.
