Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center team. You will design and deliver results-driven fitness programs, lead group classes, and provide individualized training to help clients achieve their health goals.

You'll assess clients, create personalized plans (including high-risk populations), and support incentive and health-promotion initiatives while maintaining a safe, welcoming facility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience and group exercise leadership.
• Relevant certifications such as NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for different fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans.
• Provide one-on-one training and motivation to clients.
• Assist with health-promotion programs and admin tasks as needed.
