  • Communicate complex strategies clearly and persuasively to both advisors and clients to drive action.

Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

  • Take ownership of new initiatives arising from legislative changes, product enhancements, and evolving planning opportunities.
  • Lead development of high-quality educational content (white papers, newsletters, website content, industry articles, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly technical training for Nautilus staff.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, elevate service standards, and expand the team’s AI-enabled capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Business succession and entity planning
    • Charitable planning
    • Nonqualified compensation planning
    • Income tax planning

    • Annuity products and taxation
    • Integration of insurance solutions into sophisticated estate and business plans
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex planning strategies to advisors and clients and drive implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel required) and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with little to no technical guidance, prioritize competing demands, and deliver at a high level of productivity.
