Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate professionalism, and bring strong MS 365 skills. On-site role with opportunities to contribute across transaction workflows and client services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate transactions and franchise law.
• Familiarity with closing processes, entity formation, and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-volume calendaring for attorneys and clients.
• Serve as primary client contact; screen calls and maintain relationships.
• Draft confidential correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
• Create and manage spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables.
• Handle attorney time entry and billing processes.
• Maintain client files in physical and digital formats (NetDocs).
• Support during corporate closings and franchise transactions.
• Uphold confidentiality of all firm and client matters.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
