• Experience with closing processes and corporate governance documents.
• Strong MS 365 skills and ability to prepare professional legal documents.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex calendaring for attorneys and clients.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; screen calls and maintain relationships.
• Draft confidential correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
• Create and manage spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables.
• Handle attorney time entry and billing processes.
• Maintain client files in physical and digital formats (NetDocs).
• Support corporate closings and franchise transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm and client matters.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
