• Experience with document management systems.
• Billing and time-entry familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume scheduling for attorneys and clients.
• Field calls and maintain client relationships.
• Draft and prepare sensitive correspondence and legal documents.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with formulas and pivots.
• Handle attorney billing and time-entry tasks.
• Organize client files (physical and digital).
• Support corporate closings and franchise deals.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.
• Assist front desk coverage as needed.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
