The firm is in a strong growth stage; they are forward thinking, agile, and committed to building out their Corporate practice. They are interested in Partners who are focused on developing their own practice while also helping to strengthen the firms presence in the market.

They’re seeking Partner or Counsel Attorney's (7+years) ideally with a portable book of business or compelling business plan ($750k+). Experience across any of the following areas are of interest; Corporate/M&A transactions, Capital Markets/Securities, Commercial Finance/Real Estate, Structured Finance (particularly Private Credit), and bankruptcy/ restructuring. Broad practice areas are compelling.
