Job summary

Community Health Centers seeks a Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training programs aimed at creating a more efficient workforce. Under supervision of the Human Resources Director, you will manage training on systems, policies, and compliance, focusing on both front and back office workflows and provider processes.

You will design materials, facilitate sessions, and maintain strong relationships with regional operations and health center managers while ensuring HIPAA and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a Community Health Center.
• Two years of experience in Practice Management/Electronic Health Record System (Athena and NextGen preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, organizes, and conducts employee training on systems, policies, and compliance.
• Knowledge expert in front and back office workflows, including provider workflows.
• Researches training needs with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders.
• Evaluates programs for effectiveness and implements changes; conducts training needs analysis.
• Designs and drafts training materials including guides, competencies, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Trains clinical staff and providers in NextGen and Athena systems.
