Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking a Clinical Trainer and Compliance Specialist to lead back-office training, audits, and compliance across our network. The role includes developing, planning, and delivering training for clinical and back-office staff to improve quality and patient experience.

Travel between CMC sites is required; the position emphasizes data-driven practice and collaboration with operations leaders to maintain infection control and vaccine management standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience, or AA degree with 3 years of experience.
• Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Medical Assistant.
• Experience with Vaccinations for Children/Adult programs, CLIA lab, and/or Sterilization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers comprehensive back-office training for all clinical staff.
• Develops and promotes a mentor program for new clinical staff.
• Manages and updates the master clinical staff training calendar for CMC.
• Maintains training supplies inventory.
• Collaborates with regional leadership to drive standardized best practices.
• Generates Infection Control reports from Tableau.
• Performs audits and tracks results.
