Job summary

Primary Health Solutions is hiring a Clinical Trainer to oversee clinical training and development initiatives across departments. The role supports HR with onboarding, competency assessments, and EHR processes, ensuring staff are proficient and ready within 90 days of employment.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant or higher clinical degree, 3+ years in healthcare training, and familiarity with NextGen EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of training experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Training certification strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding training for new clinical employees in group or one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve onboarding experience.
• Develop and update clinical training curriculum.
• Assess clinical competencies of new hires and ensure independence within 90 days.
• Conduct 30-60-90 competency assessments for new hires.
• Coordinate with IT/Training resources to align clinical and EHR workflows.
• Assist in updating policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Coordinate annual or recurring training sessions.
• Contribute to clinical services and training strategies to address performance gaps.
• Support Medical Assistant Preceptor and placement programs in collaboration with HR.
