Job summary

Unisys Corporation seeks a seasoned corporate counsel to advise management on a broad range of legal and business matters. The role involves partnering with Finance, Sales, Engineering and HR to protect the company’s interests and ensure compliant commercial activity.

You will lead contract negotiations, oversee IP strategy, advise on privacy issues, and assist in governance and regulatory initiatives to support product development and growth.

Qualifications

• US law degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Public sector experience required.
• Technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management on corporate issues.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts including software licensing and SaaS.
• Ensure privacy and data regulation compliance.
• Support IP matters and litigation as needed.
