Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the logistics industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and internal policies.
• Lead compliance initiatives and update policies in response to evolving requirements.
• Represent Unis LLC in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel when needed.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, negotiations, and post-transaction integration.
