Job summary

Unisys seeks an experienced in-house counsel to serve as trusted advisor to management on corporate and business matters. You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on privacy and data protection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance across product offerings and enterprise initiatives.

The role involves supporting IP, trademark activities, and licensing strategies while aligning with Unisys policies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Juris doctor or equivalent with US licensure.
• Experience advising senior management on corporate and business issues.
• Strong understanding of privacy and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to management for corporate and business issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including software licensing and SaaS.
• Advise on privacy regulations and data governance across business units.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Marketing and HR to ensure compliance.
• Support IP, trademarks, and licensing activities and related disputes.
