Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• US Law Degree with 5-7 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Public Sector experience required.
• Technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to management on corporate and business issues.
• Engage with business leaders to identify legal issues arising from direction and changes.
• Ensure product offerings and agreements are legally compliant and protective of the company.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including software licensing, SaaS, and online terms.
