Securitas USA is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a professional corporate campus in Andover, MA. The role focuses on onsite leadership of a 24/7 security team, ensuring staffing coverage, performance management, and adherence to client expectations.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between Securitas and client leadership, driving operational excellence, professional service, and accountability across the site.

Qualifications

• Prior security supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating staffing for a multi-shift or 24/7 operation.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security personnel: supervise, coach, and develop Security Officers while holding them accountable for performance, attendance, professionalism, and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee site operations: manage daily security operations for a 24/7 corporate security program, ensuring coverage and compliance with post orders and client requirements.
• Manage client relationships: serve as primary point of contact for client leadership, addressing concerns and providing operational updates.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling: oversee schedules, staffing levels, shift coverage, and attendance.
• Drive training and performance: lead onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain security standards: conduct site inspections, review procedures, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies: take charge of issues, investigations, and follow-up.
• Oversee administrative functions: review incident reports, approve timekeeping/payroll, maintain records.
• Promote exceptional customer service: ensure officers provide professional, welcoming experiences for executives, employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Support continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve procedures and service delivery.
