Job summary

Creative Security Company is seeking adaptable Flex Security Officers to support elite corporate client accounts within the San Jose area and a 30-mile radius. The role emphasizes access control, patrol, and emergency response across multiple high-profile sites, maintaining a professional demeanor and strong customer service.

You will monitor CCTV and post orders, log detailed reports, and coordinate with emergency services during incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of progressive physical security or corporate access control experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with executives, employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact at lobby desks and entrance points, delivering professional customer service.
• Verify visitor credentials, issue guest badges, and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Monitor security cameras and post orders across multiple sites; conduct patrols of interior/exterior areas.
• Generate detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation; assist with investigations.
