Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch customer service, security supervision, law enforcement, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships.
• Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other enterprise communication tools.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours a day
• No visible tattoos

Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring and Access Control: monitor systems, verify identities, issue visitor badges.
• Relationship Management: greet visitors, maintain professionalism and discretion.
• Operational Management: enforce security protocols and conduct site assessments.
• Reporting and Documentation: document incidents and maintain records.
• Incident Response: respond to incidents via security operations center.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure policy and regulatory compliance
