Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the team's capacity to establish professional networks with referral partners in the mortgage and real estate sectors through cold calling, in‑person meetings, networking events, and effective follow‑up strategies.
• Optimize team sales outcomes by instructing on best practices in sales techniques across in‑person, phone, and email communication, while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, expanding the team as needed.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Preferably 3+ years of prior managerial experience.
• Preferably 8+ years of prior sales experience.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.

Compensation

Typical earnings range from $120,000 to $200,000+ annually. Base salary is $120,000 with monthly performance bonuses. The bonus structure is uncapped, providing opportunities to exceed the anticipated income.
