Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience, including selling intangible programs and services.
• 3+ years of negotiation experience.
• 3+ years of delivering presentations to large and small groups.
• Strong written and oral communication in business English.
• Ability to consult with high-level executives.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior-level contact to represent the Association with global and national companies to identify and present corporate giving aligned with mission goals.
• Develop, plan, and collaborate with senior management and volunteers to prospect for new business and meet organizational goals.
• Lead solution development that addresses corporate account needs while advancing the Association’s priorities.
• Lead joint strategic account planning with mutual goals, revenue targets, and milestones over multiple years.
• Coordinate with departments to provide support, services, or senior management resources.
• Build a portfolio of national accounts for mission-aligned programs, ventures, and sponsorship.
• Provide direction to volunteers while leveraging their networks to drive organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
