What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop strategic recruiting plans tailored to staffing needs

- Excellent communication skills for articulating updates and conveying job responsibilities
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Power BI, job boards) for streamlined processes
- Background in staffing agency experience filling high-volume entry-level and professional roles
