Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage hiring across multiple business functions in Durham, NC. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers on candidate selection.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews and references, and maintain ATS data while driving recruiting process improvements. Onsite work five days a week is required in Durham.
