Staff Financial Group in Atlanta is seeking a Corporate Recruiter - Healthcare to source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to create a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and internal customers.

You will develop recruitment strategies, manage the full cycle from sourcing to offer, drive programs to fill openings, and proactively network passive candidates across markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years agency and/or in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Ability to articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
• Expertise in direct passive sourcing and building relationships by phone and in person.
