Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition across multiple locations from Charlotte, NC. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried and leadership roles, partner with managers, and act as a Center of Excellence for sourcing and interviewing.

You will build pipelines, drive candidate engagement, and analyze metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience including full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership and frontline roles across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for salaried, professional and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring timelines.
• Serve as COE resource on sourcing, interview techniques and best practices.
• Support high-volume frontline hiring and seasonal campaigns across locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify challenges and improve outcomes.
• Develop recruiting tools, training, and resources for recruiters and managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant data and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
