We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to support hiring for engineering and operations roles in a regulated, high-precision contract manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be key in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations in the medical device contract manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical sourcing strategies, a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing functions, and the ability to identify and engage top talent in a competitive market. This position is remote, and candidates must be based in FL, IN, MA, MI, NJ, PA, or WI.

Principle Responsibilities
  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, create job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies, understand team dynamics, and align on candidate profiles.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
  4. Source candidates via job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals; develop targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  5. Screen resumes, conduct initial and technical interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews.
  6. Manage applicant tracking system data and reporting for process accuracy and compliance.
  7. Support employer branding initiatives within the medical device manufacturing space.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven success with advanced sourcing techniques for technical talent.
  • Knowledge of engineering roles and manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, CNC, GD&T).
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills
  • Experience recruiting for quality, production, and engineering roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruitment approach.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and technical skillsets in regulated environments.
  • Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
