Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Plano, TX for an 8–10 week, onsite assignment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineers, manufacturing, operations, and buyers while partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders.

This role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven sourcing success via LinkedIn Recruiter. Workday experience is a plus as you build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and track metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, operations, procurement/buying, or corporate and manufacturing positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with an ATS; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.

• Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting updates, market insights, and candidate feedback to hiring managers.
• Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and requisitions.
