Job Title:- Sr Recruiter

Location:- New York, NY/Phoenix, AZ

Job Description

• Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
• Prefer a minimum 3+ years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting. Familiar with Taleo, Eightfold, Outlook and other candidate CRMs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors).
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team.
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing and corporate functions is ideal.
• Must live within commutable distance to the office in Phoenix, AZ/New York, NY. This position is hybrid in the office 3 days a week.
• Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time
