Total Quality Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will own searches end-to-end, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to process improvements, with a base salary plus a target bonus and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

About the role:

At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
