Overview

We're seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across departments and levels. This strategic, hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in sourcing and hiring without an ATS, eager to build and improve recruiting operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes across all roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and recruitment strategies.
• Elevate candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize workflows.
• Support ATS/HRIS selection and integration.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance across all hiring stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting; executive search experience a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Excel, and adaptable to new tools.
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Work Setup

Remote-first with occasional in-person meetings. Must reside in Florida with a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
