Total Quality Logistics in Lexington, KY is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to source and hire for non-sales departments nationwide. You’ll own the candidate search, manage interview processes, and partner closely with hiring managers.

Training is provided and there is significant earning potential through uncapped bonuses and a structured career path. The role is 100% in-office at our Lexington location with a base salary starting at $45,000 plus a $20,000 annual bonus target, a $2,500 sign-on

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an all-in-office, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and business partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding and dispositioning paperwork with high accuracy.
