Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Dundalk, MD to join the Talent team. This high-volume, full-cycle role will post jobs, vet resumes, interview coordination, and offers in collaboration with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with Dayforce ATS, and a professional, confidential approach within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is required.
• Experience with using an ATS.
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Staffing Agency experience a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Screen potential job applicants.
• Hunt and find top talent.
• Conduct prequalification phone screenings.
• Complete and submit candidate writeups.
• Schedule interviews.
• Track candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce).
• Assist in onboarding duties.
• Establish relationships with Hiring Managers and develop recruiting plans.
• Other Talent related, administrative duties.

Currently, we are seeking aCorporate Recruiter seatedoutof ourDundalk, MDlocation, to join our Talent team in supporting the recruiting for the organization. A Day in the Life:

This will be a high volume, full cycle recruiting position where you will follow the job requisition from posting the job ad, vettingresumes and talking to candidates, working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews, verbal offers, offer letters, and working with other team members in the HR department. We are looking for someone who brings a contagious energy and positive attitude to workevery day!

Main Duties:

• Screen potential job applicants
• Hunt and find top talent

• Establishrelationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout organizationand develop recruiting plans

Requirements:

• 3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is required
• Staffing Agency experience a PLUS!
• Experience withusing an ATS.
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Reflects a professional image and will be able tomaintainconfidentiality.
• High energy, "hunter" mentality.
• Possessa positive attitude.
• Excels in a FAST-PACED environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

Annual base salary of $65-75K. Company cell phone and laptop will also be provided. Compensation is BOE.
