• Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

• Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process.

Pay: $46-50/hour

Duration:5 months with extensions based on performance and headcount approval

Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Internal Corporate Recruiter supporting our AMER teams. Our Internal Recruiters thrive in a fast paced, high volume, and process driven environment with an eye for detail. In this role, you will partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including senior Hiring Managers, Employee Success, Recruiting Business Advisors, and more to support internal employee mobility.

Your general role responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce
• Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
• Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies

Basic Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience required.
• Experience with Internal Recruiting strongly preferred.
• Corporate Recruiting experience within the tech industry strongly preferred.
• Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Understanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plus
• Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
