The role involves sourcing passive candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and sharing market insights to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Experience with high-volume or multi-location recruiting.
• Sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and end-to-end hiring processes.

We're partnering with a growing organization in the renewable energy space seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and operations-focused positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple corporate and technical positions
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop hiring strategies and interview processes
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Provide market insights and talent recommendations to stakeholders
• Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, career fairs, and community outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• High-volume or multi-location recruiting
• Recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or operations-focused position
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
