Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager for its paper mills. Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality & Technical Services, you will lead quality alignment across containerboard mills and corrugated operations, tying paper properties to performance and customer requirements.

You will partner with mills, box plants, sales, and customers to improve specifications, testing, and process capability, conduct audits, provide training, and support product safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a paper mill or corrugator box plant.
• Working knowledge of containerboard manufacturing and corrugated converting processes.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to mill operations, sales, and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality and technical alignment from containerboard manufacturing through converting and finished-box performance.
• Provide customer feedback to mill teams on linerboard and medium quality.
• Coordinate investigations of paper- and board-related complaints to determine root cause.
• Deliver training on paper properties, corrugating fundamentals, test methods, and spec compliance.
• Support CI initiatives and oversee quality applications and reporting tools.
