Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA a plus.
• Experience in practice management or staffing support is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource to associates in the Corporate group and manage workflow/time management.
• Oversee junior associates post-integration and support navigation of firm processes.
• Coordinate staffing within the free market workflow system and assist partners.
• Analyze group needs and assist recruiting efforts to address gaps in resources.
• Lead associate engagement and morale initiatives to foster collaboration.
• Plan and conduct formal training programs with Practice Support Lawyers and Legal Training teams.
• Support evaluation and development processes with the Legal Personnel team and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives and training for responsible use within the group.
