The Corporate Payroll & HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll operations and HRIS administration across multiple facilities. This position ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains employee data integrity, supports UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) systems, and provides reporting, troubleshooting, and customer service to managers and employees. The role serves as a key resource for payroll compliance, system administration, and workforce data management.
Associate s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Three or more years of payroll administration experience, including experience with HRIS and workforce management systems. Knowledge of payroll regulations and wage-and-hour laws, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
