Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in United States (New Jersey) seeks a Corporate Parts Manager to optimize inventory, support sales and service teams, and drive customer satisfaction across our operations.

This leadership role requires strong analytical skills, experience in heavy-duty parts operations, and the ability to manage purchasing and warranty activities in a fast-paced shop environment. Monday–Friday, full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts operations management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred.
• Purchasing experience and ASE Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a balanced inventory for the service department, shop, retail, and wholesale accounts.
• Resolve disputes and manage warranty situations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market pricing, analyze "Lost Sales" data, and make strategic pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with outside sales staff to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee and reconcile all COD parts transactions and maintain effective point-of-purchase displays.
